Last updated: September 13, 2026 — Version 2026-09-13

Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Doc in the Bot, including its website, applications, artificial-intelligence features, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Doc in the Bot is an artificial-intelligence-powered health information platform intended to help consumers better understand health topics, laboratory information, medications, medical terminology, medical documents, and related subjects.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes.

2. No medical advice

Doc in the Bot does not practice medicine and does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing.

Nothing generated through the Service should be interpreted as establishing a healthcare professional-patient relationship.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. Emergencies

The Service is not designed or intended for medical emergencies.

If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or the applicable emergency service immediately.

4. Artificial intelligence

You understand that the Service uses artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect interpretations, fabricated information, or other inaccuracies.

You agree not to rely exclusively on the Service when making decisions that could materially affect your health or safety.

5. Sources and citations

Doc in the Bot may provide citations, references, or links to third-party medical information.

A citation does not guarantee that the associated response accurately reflects the source, that the source remains current, or that the information is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners.

6. User accounts

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Information you submit

You may voluntarily provide questions, laboratory results, medical documents, health information, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Doc in the Bot a limited license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and operate the Service and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit information you do not have the legal right to provide.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law; interfere with or compromise the Service; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; circumvent security controls; impersonate another person; scrape or systematically extract Service content except where legally permitted; reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or use the Service to intentionally harm another person.

9. Intellectual property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, Doc in the Bot and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interface, designs, branding, trademarks, original content, and underlying technology.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

10. Sponsored content

The Service may contain advertising or sponsored content.

Sponsored material will be identified as advertising or sponsored content where appropriate.

Advertising relationships do not establish a healthcare professional-patient relationship and advertisements should not be interpreted as individualized medical recommendations.

Our treatment of advertising is further described in our Advertising & Sponsored Content Policy.

11. Service changes

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain continuously available.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

DOC IN THE BOT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOC IN THE BOT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doc in the Bot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the Service.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doc in the Bot’s operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed to us through the contact options provided within the Service.
